What does Soy on Track have to offer to producers?
Provides information for soy farmers to put in place environmental safeguards aligned with market commitments.
WHY? IT ALL BEGINS AT THE FARM
According the Brazilian Geography and Statistics Institute, there are 26,000 soy farms located in the Cerrado and Amazon region. Soy producers vary from large groups to medium and small farmers.
They are the most important part of the solution. What we need to do is provide them with support, so they are able to meet their buyers’ commitments. It is also important to apply new economic models and incentives that are beneficial to both the soy farmers and the forests.
