In October: Audits of the cattle ranching and soy chains in Pará

The Public Prosecutor’s Office will release the results of the new audits for the sustainability of the economic chains of cattle ranching and soy in Pará in an event held on October 7, from 2pm to 5pm, that will be streamed live on the YouTube channel of the Public Prosecutor's Office in Pará. This year's event will disclose the audit results for cattle purchases made by beef processors and exporters in 2018 and in the first half of 2019. The audit is specified in the Terms of Adjustment of Conduct (TACs) of the cattle ranch chain. Checks on soy purchases for the 2018/2019 harvest by companies, exporters and other stakeholders in the chain will also be released. The audits were established in the Green Grain Protocol.
